So…
I have gone to maybe four yoga classes in my life. My wife does yoga maybe once or twice a week. I do a few yoga poses during my stretching but I think I am going to need to expand my skills. I need to do this for a couple of reasons. First, for general fitness to help with crossfit and basketball. Secondly, I will be going to Spain and France for the month of July. While there my wife and I will be taking two to three classes per week. We think it will help wind down after a day of sight seeing… so I don’t want to look like a fool.
\Does anyone have any good crossfit related or running related yoga routines?
playing basketball on tuesdays is hard enough.. sitting for 5 hours when i get back to work after with minimal stretching makes it even worse. yoga at home tonight. fo sho.
