Anonymous asked: what do you eat on a day to day basis?
The truth is that I should be doing something like Paleo or the Zone… but I have tried it and I just dont think its sustainable for me… so this is my usual intake. Everything is organic, nitrate free, free range etc.
Breakfast: two eggs, one egg white, three strips of bacon, 1/2 piece of HW toast
Snack: 10 dark chocolate almonds w/ 20 whole almonds
Lunch: 6oz of chipotle lime chicken w/ 1/2 Amy’s organic cheddar burrito
Snack: watermelon or serving of chili
Dinner: Salad w/ 6oz of chicken, cheese, bacon strip or like tonight when I will get home late I will get a double chicken sandwich from P Terry’s here in Austin.
Chicken Burgers: The chicken burgers are made from fresh all natural chickens raised locally. The birds are fed a diet absolutely free of pesticides, any other contaminants, hormones or steroids. Delivered fresh to our store three times a week, the boneless, skinless breasts are ground daily to produce the perfect chicken burger.
Pre/Post workout: 1 scoop of protein before and after workout
On the weekends I might have something thats not on my normal menu… but usually because we go out.
At the end of the day it works for me - I should be consuming more calories for my workouts but I can’t fit any more food in!
